Results I know.....

Green Thumb Fenland 10 miler Norfolk
Ellie Steer and Nick Williams combined relative visiting with a warm-up 10 miler in preparation for Bideford.
In this Nick's first ever 10 he was thrilled to finish in 1.11.57.
Ellie was close on his heels in 1.16.10, watch out Nick she will be after you next weekend!

Dartington Sprint Duathlon
Lesley Westgate 1.56.48 1st v60

Shepton Mallet 10K
Mark Bysouth in this hilly course Mark did well to sneak in under 49 min with 47.52

And last but certainly not least...
Dublin Marathon
Mark Dayer returned as a marathon man in 3.58.20 so a fantastic sub 4... More noteworthy was the fact his calf gave up several miles from the end so he had to drag himself in.

Congratulations....look forward to seeing you back at training after rest and recovery and being able to introduce you to many fun local races which are not quite so long!!!
