Tonight

We are going to do the canal session tonight as it will be soon time to return to the track and one of our last opportunities for a road trip!! Just to warn you where we are heading if you are late…..

 

Next Tuesday I will get my little Kindle out and start doing some running technique recording if anyone wants to come and see how they look…… we will try to set the session accordingly so little disruption…. Also it is Yeovilton on the Wednesday, so feel free to come and see what you look like and you can practice the day after !

Several seniors competed at the SWAL event on Sunday, with Kirstie 2nd in the 1500 in 4.51.49, Hannah Taunton 3rd in 4.54.

Nick Daniels ran the 400m, 3rd in 1.01.81 and the 200 in 28.96…… come on Usain!
