Many congratulations @benthrowsjav on a superb championship performance at the @englandathletics Under 20 Championships in Chelmsford at the weekend.  Ben’s 66.39 metre throw bagged him a bronze medal in a high class competition.  Plus he also took Robin Danaher’s long-standing 11 year-old club record.

Congratulations also to coach Simon de Wilton who has guided Ben from a primary school athlete winging the turbo javelin 20-30 metres, to one of the country’s top junior throwers, currently ranked, as of June 20th, the number four Under 20 javelin thrower in the country.
