A great achievement for Ben who has had a fantastic season with the javelin under the guidance of TAC's expert javelin coach, Simon de Wilton.

And great to see race walker Abby Hughes’ hard work and efforts under the guidance of Steve Shaw rewarded in a discipline that doesn’t always get the due recognition it deserves.

These successes aren’t just the efforts of a single season, but of many years' hard work and dedication.
