Hope you are all having a great weekend, slightly cooler to run this week at last!  Anyway, some results below..... please as always keep me in the loop with results so we can share..... your team mates like to know the goss !

Englefield 10K

Lovely MT course near Reading, all grass and hills.  Keith Paul upset the locals by being 4th and 1st V 50!

 

Torbay 10K

Phil Burden 33.07 a little bird told me this Phil.... great running !!!

 

Battle of Sedgemoor

Wow wow wow !!! You guys did yourselves proud on this one !

And the lovely Sophie ran with her son, having bought him a race entry as a 21st birthday experience!!!! Hope he enjoyed.

 

We are not around next week so Rich Caburn will take the session on Tuesday.  If you all meet still on Thursday, please do the river run out to the underpass (past the seats) and back..... enjoy !

 

I know there are a few suffering injuries out there at the moment, so hope you are all on the road to recovery and we see you all soon.

 

I do still need someone to post the race info onto the running mags websites for the Wellington Monument. It does not take long, promise. How about one of the boys.... all the jobs so far seem to be taken by the girls.......

 

Finally lots of luck to Carl and Julian who will be pulling on their GB vests to compete in the World Triathlon Champs in Mexico in their age groups.... how exciting !
