A very successful day at the office here with 1st V60 for Lesley in 49.24, PBs for Robin and Ursula in 47.50 and 54.54 respectively.
 

Piddle Wood plod
Success for Luke and Kim in 1st places, James Heal in 2nd and Jon Gilling in 3rd..... cracking!

 

Barrathon
A gem of a half marathon that Lesley and Richard took in on a few days away in Scotland with Lesley 1st V 55 and Richard 3rd V 60 in 1.57.20 and 1.44.29 respectively.

 

Torbay half
Hot off the press ...
Phil Burden 2nd place (beaten by 1 second by Tom Merson) in 1.09.41, bet that was a great finish...
James Watson 1.15.50 and Ben Tull 1.19.22 1st jnr.

 

Tri World Champs in Mexico
Also hot off the press, many congrats to Carl and Julian who have qualified to represent GB in their age cat.

 

Thursday Session
Please note there will be no Thursday session this week as we are off to Forde Abbey 10k (near Chard), team outing? Lovely off road event in beautiful surroundings.

 

Also don't forget it is Quantock Beast next Sunday at Fyne Court, always worth a day out to tackle crawler hill!
