Beautifully scenic, but tough with a sting in the tail along the seafront.

Windermere tri 15th,  Muddy duck 10k off road, 23rd 45.25, Snowdon 10m 1.44.23 262nd place, awesome.... watch it on channel 4 when it comes round, what wet and windy conditions.... mad ! And to cap it all Torfaen 10k 40.59 pb
