Oh my goodness what a cracking day, perfect for running...I was pleased to wiggle my way out to see you all....your results as always a testament to how hard you all work....made Keith and I very proud....

Phil Roberts...35.43 PB and 1st vet 40
Sam White....36.18....PB....did the TAC vest proud
Marcus Albano...37..00....PB so close to that 36 you will get there!
Will Nicolle....37.21 PB ...now back at uni....missing you already !
Jon Gilling ....37.31 for someone not fit that was a great time!
Keith Paul ...37.42....the old man can still cut it!
James Heal....37.57..PB....brilliant!
Nick Daniels ....39.46....not a PB but fastest for years..
Craig Whitemore....40.10...hey some miles under that belt in the winter you will soon be back under that 40.
Martin Bluemel .. 41.01 always so consistent and 1st MV 55
Nick Williams ....42.35 PB...welcome to the gang....think Ellie may tie your laces together if you beat her again!
Rob Brown ....44.24....PB not bad for a last minute.com entry!
Robin Green ....46.32....couple of mins faster than last year
Alan Bolon....48.32 good to see you back out there after your traumatic ultra
Matt Kingdon.....50.05 welcome to the club Matt!
Mark Dayer ....1.02.51 in the lead up to his marathon at the end of the month Mark ran as part of team Dayer with wife and not so little ones.

Kate Drew....3rd lady....37.58 PB...must have been those glitzy new trainers!
Thea Sanders....43.38 PB....those long legs just get faster and faster!
Ellie Steer....44.29....coming back to fitness and looking good
Liz Heal....46.24.....mixing it in with the best!
Suzi Griffiths...53.37....not far off her PB
Ursula Green...54.30....even with a hip issue Urs pleased with her time
