We had juniors who are a credit to their respective coaches, seniors who have never raced for the club before and those of us who have trodden those lanes many times!

Christine Williams travelled across the border to Inverness Scotland this weekend for a wedding and snuck in a little 10K… River Ness…..and only went and bagged herself a PB of 53.09 and 1st v70.
