What fab weather for running this weekend....

With Autumn half season still in full swing,

there has been some fabulous racing by your

super duper team mates!!!

 

Manchester Half......

Putting those Manchester City demons behind him,

Andy Staples ran an amazing PB of 1.18.34.

Guess it was a happy journey home today Staples family?! 💪

 

Burnham Half....

A big family day out here too for team Avery ....

Nicole....1.25.34.....pb and 3rd lady

(Great day out for Conor as well, keeping Daisy and Ash occupied!)

Mike Turk ran, on pacing duties for a friend,

helping them achieve an 8 minute pb! Good work Mike!

 

Oxford Half....

Another on pace duties, Chaleigh ran 2.05....good work!

 

Coly Ten....

Off road, tricky terrain, 2 river crossings.

Clearly my world's worst nightmare, but Matt and Carl smashed it!

Lis Ford....50.10
