Some cracking results out there again !

 

Edinburgh Half Marathon

Dowan Kwon ran 1.19.21…. with a previous PB of 1.30.03, he should be very pleased with himself !!!

 

Poole 10K

Nick Williams ….40.26 ……. A not too shabby PB by 46 seconds!

Ellie Steer also rightly happy with her 44.57, first time under 45 mins this year and going in the right direction !

 

Tuesday's session is the four letter word beginning with H ……. So if anyone wants to swap footwear for the evening we will be at Waterfield Drive!!! (For those new amongst you and unable to suss it out…… its Hills !!!!)

 

We are beginning to get a few together for this now…. Anymore takers?

Forde Abbey 10K

Wednesday 26th June

Beautiful evening off road race…. Many summer trail races have sold out this year, so why not enter now and we can go as a team for an evening jolly!
