Firstly ….. good luck to Jason Louis on his first marathon in Manchester this weekend and his first race in a TAC vest…… just don’t go off like a lunatic and you will be fine….. you have done the miles, go and enjoy…… keep the faith!

Good luck everyone….. the Taunton 10K and half / full are such a great showcase for the club. It is so good to see so many in their vests out there representing us.

 

Carl had a very busy Easter Weekend and must have spent his time drying out…. Along with the Easter Bunny he did the 7mile MT Kilmington Kanter on the Friday and came 1st V50 !

Well I have definitely run this race in sunnier and drier conditions before!  More suited to snorkels and flipper the conditions slowed us all although some puddle dodgers went on the bank! Even so there were a couple of course PBs, so well done. I do feel that Martin did not hold Edward’s head under the water long enough as his son still beat him!
