Just a couple of results….

 

Lesley and Richard Westgate travelled to Dorney Lakes last Thursday to do the 6 hour marathon event with both managing 31.4 miles (course on loops) in 5.54.08 for Richard and 5.59.15 for Lesley….. and were both at training last night!

Good luck to those doing Torbay Half…… let us know how you do……. But also especially to Simon Patterson who is doing the Half Ironman at Wimbleball ….awesome….. especially if you ask him how long he has been swimming for…….

Beautiful……. Would anyone like to come ….. it is a 7pm start so need to get a wiggle on……. Meet at the Costa drive through for 5.30 leave.

Obviously optional, but it would be good to do this instead of our normal Thursday session.

However if you cannot make it, please meet as normal and use Longrun , 5 x 5 mins.
