Hot weather put paid to faster results amongst you , and I know some were disappointed with your times, but you should all be really chuffed with yourselves in that heat….

Performance of the day must go to Jason Louis who has been injured since early this year and only just getting back up to speed…….and ran his little socks off!! Hope you are still walking Jason!
