Although we are back at the track on Tuesday....... this Thursday we are going to head to the Quantocks for our annual summer group run.  Meet at Lydeard Hill car park at 6.30 for a 6.45 leave.  Route is approx 7 miles.  Hope to see you there!I

Good conditions, albeit a tad warm for some! Many posted quicker times to previous months...even a couple of cheeky PBs!
