Hi guys

Hope everyone’s had a good weekend….looks like there’s been success for short and long distance 👏

Looks like there were Parkrun PBs for those called Jo(h)n 👏

Tab Divall was 3rd lady at Torbay 10K in 45.36 (also 1st in age cat).

Keith Paul ran in the Stafford 10K, hoping for a masters qualification… but a tight hamstring from 4K slowed his pace…finishing in 40.34 only in 5th place in age cat.

Ursula and Robin Green did the Ham to Lyme Ultra in just under 7 hours 43.

Team Divall

Headed to the Three Peaks last weekend

****Thursday session…… 1K laps at the sorting office…. Chance to practise one or all laps at race pace for Sunday 😀.  Meet at the clubhouse as normal.

Happy running
