Massive congratulations to Alice Murray-Gourlay on a super performance at the UK Championships in Manchester on Saturday evening.

In her first ever Senior UK Track and Field Championship and only her third race over the 3000m steeplechase distance, Alice took 15 seconds off her previous best to run 10:05:06 and earn herself a spot on the podium!

A brilliant performance by someone who gives so much to the club not only as an athlete, but as a volunteer, training partner and all-round good egg.

Also in action at Manchester this weekend are Abby Hughes in the 5000m race walk and Ben Jones in the javelin.  Good luck both of you for Sunday.
