National Cross Country Relays Mansfield, November 4th

Carl Ward has been facing new challenges.....

"Thor, my dog and I, did our first canine cross race 5K last Sunday it was VERY VERY  VERY wet. Got very lost and ran 2.5k more -  7.5K in total."

It can only get better and drier Carl!!!

Taunton 10K results!!!!

An amazing turnout, thank you all so much, I know John Lewis really appreciated it.  Also thanks to Ash for marshalling and Rob B, Max, Emma and Conor and James R (sorry I didn't see you, hope you are OK) for popping up around the course.

With great weather conditions, TAC members young and ......slightly more experienced 😂😂🏃🏃took to the streets of Taunton. This after our traditional warm-up and an impromptu pic by the magnificent logo that has been expertly done on the Blackbrook grass by Craig, who although injured and not even in the country (in Italy supporting Kirstie at an international masters event), clearly still wanted to be involved 😍

You should all be very proud of yourselves, you work really hard all year, this just proved it!!!

A big thank you to Neil, even though injured, offered himself up as a paceman for sub 55 mins. He did his job well with John getting a PB, Christine W, close to hers and Lis F running the fastest time in years, all very happy!!!I
